Always combined with a curated playlist, her classes are intuitive and creative, offering space for both powerful energy and soft grounding. She draws her inspiration from seasonal energies, experiences, feelings, and is influenced by various modalities of yoga and movement. Alexa quite literally ‘goes with the flow,’ encouraging you to explore and follow your own intuition on the mat.

Linda’s yoga style is an open invitation to move with freedom and fluidity. Her classes are a dynamic blend — one moment you might feel the strength and intensity of powerful asanas, the next you’re exploring the lightness and ease of playful poses, with space for your own free movements in between. Linda’s energy is like a dance, and you’ll feel it in the way she guides you, inviting your body to unfold and allowing you to rediscover yourself with each breath.
Rooted in her embodiment practice, Linda’s approach is all about how the movement feels rather than how it looks. She encourages you to tune into your own sensations, offering a practice that helps you connect with yourself on a deeper level. Perhaps you’ll find a new part of yourself along the way.

REBECCA NASS
Activating, Mindful + Balancing
Rebecca’s Pilates classes are a joyful blend of strength, energy, and mindful relaxation — a balanced workout designed to leave you feeling invigorated and at ease. With a focus on holistic movement, her sessions guide you through dynamic warm-ups, precisely instructed mat exercises, and gentle stretches rooted in the core Pilates principles of breath, alignment, centering, and flow. Whether you’re looking to tone your muscles, boost your energy, or simply unwind, Rebecca’s class offers a space to connect with your body and feel the positive shift almost immediately.
Drawing from her extensive background as a certified gymnastics and dance teacher, as well as her studies in music and dance pedagogy, Rebecca combines her artistic creativity with deep expertise in sports medicine. Since completing her Essence Pilates training in 2018, she’s brought her passion for movement into every class, leading with enthusiasm and a keen attention to detail. You’ll feel seen and supported as she adapts the practice to meet your unique needs and goals.

SIMONE MEISSL
Grounding, Connecting + Dynamic
Simone enables a class that begins from a present, embodied state, offering a shared practice with a dynamic flow and strong energy, culminating in a state that integrates all aspects of our being — breath, body, mind, heart, and soul connection. She fosters a space that encourages you to find your own ground, do what feels right for you on the day and moment, and meet yourself where you are with what you need.
Aiming to apply the original teachings of her teacher Stewart Gilchrist to modern-day challenges, Simone takes inspiration from his down-to-earth, thought-provoking, humorous, political, and musical classes. She believes we are here to make choices that work for us and our being holistically, rather than against our individual flow and energy. To practice silence and listen to that inner guidance, knowing your way. Simone offers her gratitude to all her teachers in her lineage of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Iyengar practices over time.
Simone’s classes include an emphasis on breath, vinyasa, asana, and free movements — hands-on adjustments are part of her teaching style: You will be touched. Please let her know if you prefer otherwise.

Tina discovered yoga as a pathway to discipline and clarity, and her journey has deepened through years of self-practice and teaching. She brings this depth into every class, encouraging you to explore your inner world, embrace your body and connect with your deepest mind.
