Headstand, or Sirsasana, is often called the king of yoga poses – and for good reason. This powerful inversion helps build strength, focus, and a deep sense of confidence. But for many of us, it can feel intimidating to even try. The fear of falling, the challenge of balance, and the unknown can hold us back.

This 2-hour headstand workshop is here to change that. With step-by-step guidance and close supervision, you’ll learn how to approach headstands safely and with ease. We’ll start with a warm-up flow to prepare the body, then explore the foundations of a strong and stable headstand. You’ll discover how to enter and exit the pose with confidence, how to stay balanced while upside down, and even how to explore variations when you’re ready.

All your questions will be answered, and your technique will improve in a supportive and encouraging space. And let’s be honest – what better feeling than conquering your fears and mastering this iconic pose?

Feminine anger is a powerful force. Yet women* have been conditioned to suppress their rage, labelling it as unfeminine and inadequate. As a result, women* often turn their anger inward, which can manifest as toxic shame, passive-aggressive behaviour or “random” anger outbursts. By embracing it, however, women* can trust their inner healthy “NO,” set boundaries, and ultimately create a future consistent with their values. That is why Felicia has designed this workshop as a safe space to channel suppressed anger into transformative power.

*Anger is also a complex for most men, yet in this workshop we only focus on women.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Understand the social scripts, the basics of your nervous system and the purpose of anger

  • Allow, feel and hold your anger through your body through practical somatic exercises that you can also do at home

  • Develop new skills for cultivating a mature relationship with anger

  • This is a self-exploration workshop. It is not a substitute for trauma work or psychotherapy.

  • By joining, you are invited but not required to participate in the exercises offered.
