Headstand, or Sirsasana, is often called the king of yoga poses – and for good reason. This powerful inversion helps build strength, focus, and a deep sense of confidence. But for many of us, it can feel intimidating to even try. The fear of falling, the challenge of balance, and the unknown can hold us back.

This 2-hour headstand workshop is here to change that. With step-by-step guidance and close supervision, you’ll learn how to approach headstands safely and with ease. We’ll start with a warm-up flow to prepare the body, then explore the foundations of a strong and stable headstand. You’ll discover how to enter and exit the pose with confidence, how to stay balanced while upside down, and even how to explore variations when you’re ready.
