Have you always wanted to start yoga but didn’t know where to begin? Maybe you’ve tried a class before and felt lost in the flow, or you’d like to revisit the fundamentals and refresh your practice? This 4-part beginner yoga course is designed just for you.
Over the course of four Sundays, we’ll explore the essential principles of yoga, laying a solid foundation for your practice. Each session builds on the previous one, guiding you step by step through basic yoga poses (asanas), breathwork techniques, and an introduction to the philosophy behind the practice.
This course will help you:
Develop confidence in your yoga practice
Understand the key alignment principles for common poses
Learn how to adapt postures to suit your body
Create a mindful connection between breath and movement
The small group setting of max. 10 participants allow for personal attention and space to ask questions. Together, we’ll cultivate a practice that feels safe, supportive, and empowering whether you’re starting from scratch or coming back to the mat after a break.
